What matters most

Sometimes in life we take a lot of things for granted. Things that probably most of us don't give a second thought to, like our membership in the church. Its something I learned while amongst the people of Thailand. This family has a story that most of us can't even dream of, they have been through it all. Why, to Be members of the church. I had the privilege of know them, learning from their testimony and faith. I listened to the stories i felt the pain, and watched the sacrifice. about three weeks after i returned home, i received news that the mother and daughter were given the greatest gift one could receive, Baptism and that Holy Ghost. I look at this picture and i see what truly matters most in life. What we so easily take for granted others give up everything for. Take a minute to put your life in perspective, what matters most to you and what would you give up for the gospel? I learned that what matters most in life is the gospel of Jesus Christ, I learned that by watching people like P-Ruay and Bugki give up everything for it. They are an amazing family and will be greatly blessed by the lord1

Lopburi-area #4

These are some of my favorite people from my last area, Lopburi. I was only in that area for about 3 1/2 months but the area quickly became home and the people family. Many amazing things happened in that area and many amazing people met. I will never forget any of these people!
This is nong Bugki she is my little sister, she was baptized last sunday Aug 22! Bugki is 15 and one of my favorite peole in the world! I miss Lopburi because it was full of people like Bugki.
This is a picture of P-Fon and her daughter we were teaching them when i left. we are sitting in her restaurant.
I love this lady, her name is mee somnuk, she has so much faith. She hadn't been a member very long only 2 years or so but every time we went to see her she taught and edified us! she has so much faith and understands the the gospel with such a pure heart!
This is my Thai family, Sister baw, brother At, their daughter nong flouer and their son nong fit. They too are recent converts but such a strong amazing family that was always willing to take in and love us missionaries!
This picture means a lot to me, it was taken after when i was able to come back to the area one last time before i had to get on a plane home. This is nong Milk, i taught her and she was baptized the week after i got my luug sister Jensen. It was one of the many miracles i saw in lopburi!
This was taken at the my last english class, we thought this was the last time we would see each other, but we got a miracle and i got to see her one last time before i left. She is 15 and also my little sister, She is family!
This family is so special to me. They have been through a lot to get baptized, it was a journey for all of us, but their faith is strong! P-Ruay, Bugki and nong Om. Thye are people i will love forever!

The Dream Team

The Dream Team....
This is my last district I had before making the journey home. It was one of my most favorite districts. It consisted of Elder Cole Harris-district leader, Elder Ruben Carlile, Me and my Luug or my Greeine Sister Jensen. we were all living in Lopburi which is located in central Thailand, it is know for its monkeys, we actually had a slight issue with the monkeys which lead to me and both the elders having to get rabies shots, but a district that gets rabies shots together stays together!
We had some pretty exciting times in the six weeks we were together, the miracle of the moves was a little girl named milk who was baptized during that time. She was my little angel, she has such a strong fired testimony and said the Joseph Smith was her hero. She is one special little girl. I will post some pictures of her baptism as soon as i get them on my computer.
Moves 12 in Lopburi was the moves to make and complete my mission. I couldn't have gone out any better way. You don't get better then The Dream Team!
